TRAINING PLAN
Welcome to the MMA Fight Team!
You want to work on your fitness, develop yourself in martial arts!
Take a sniff!
MMA: Mixed Martial Arts (German "mixed martial arts") or MMA for short is a relatively modern type of full contact competition. MMA became popular through the comparison fights in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in the early 1990s, in which techniques from different martial arts are used. The fighters use the punching and kicking techniques of boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai as well as the ground fighting techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and judo. But also techniques from other martial arts are used. The fact that it is also possible to hit and sometimes kick in ground combat is the main distinguishing feature from other full-contact sports.

BJJ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu:Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ for short; Portuguese jiu-jitsu brasileiro) is a modification and further development of the Japanese martial arts Jūdō and Jiu-Jitsu, which focuses on ground fighting, with additional throwing techniques being taught from a standing position during training.

grappling:Grappling (grip methods, grip fighting) is an element of many martial arts and includes locks, throws, bringing down, submission holds, choke holds

Muai Thai:Muay Thai developed over centuries from traditional Thai martial arts. When the sword and spear became useless, the warrior used his legs, fists, and elbows to fight.
K-1:Is a Japanese martial arts organization that has long been one of the most important martial arts promotions in the world and whose fighting style is similar to Muay Thai (without clinch and elbows). The annual K-1 World Grand Prix for heavyweight fighters was particularly popular. The organization developed its martial arts rules with the aim of allowing fighters from different martial arts to compete against each other in a meaningful way. It was invented by Kazuyoshi Ishii in Japan. K-1 combines techniques from boxing, karate, muay thai, taekwondo, kickboxing, savate and many other martial arts.

Fitness 4 MMA / Power Circle:Training also possible as a non-member with a 10-card. Is a strength and conditioning fitness program whose goal is to train the entire body in the best possible way. Many top athletes, professional martial artists, police academies and military special forces train in this way around the world.
